Welcome to Prahsys Tutorials. In this video, we'll walk through the Prahsys Payments Dashboard — your home base for all payment activity in your practice.
The date switcher in the top right lets you control what time period you're viewing. It defaults to This Week, but you can quickly select Today, This Month, This Year, or use the custom date picker to select any range you need.
At the top of the Overview, you get a quick snapshot of your practice payment activity for that period. There's Total Revenue and a breakdown by Card, Cash, Check, Refunds, and Declined.
Scrolling down, each of these categories expands into a detailed list, so you can see exactly which transactions make up those totals.
When you're ready to share or save this data, the three-dot menu next to Generate Report lets you download a PDF, download a CSV, or email the report directly.
And the Generate Report button opens a print-ready PDF of your current view directly in a new browser tab. That's a quick look at the Prahsys Payments Dashboard. For more, check out related articles in our Help Center or reach out to our support team.
Quick Steps
Open the Dashboard from the left navigation menu.
Use the date switcher in the top right to select your time period: This Week, Today, This Month, This Year, or a custom date range.
Review the summary metrics at the top of the Overview: Total Revenue, Card, Cash, Check, Refunds, and Declined.
Scroll down to view the detailed transaction list for each payment category.
To export or share data, click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to Generate Report and select Download PDF, Download CSV, or Email Report.
To open a print-ready PDF of the current view, click Generate Report — it opens in a new browser tab.
Understanding Your Dashboard Metrics
The Overview section displays payment analytics for your selected time period.
Total Revenue — The total amount collected across all payment types for the selected period.
Card — Captured card payments processed through the terminal or dashboard.
Cash — Cash payments recorded manually.
Check — Check payments recorded manually.
Refunds — The total value of refunds issued during the period.
Declined — The number of payment attempts that were declined.
