Welcome to Prahsys Tutorials. In this tutorial, you'll learn how to turn off demo mode, sign the Business Associate Agreement, and get ready to upload your own scans.
When you're ready to work with your own CBCT scans, click Turn off demo mode. PrognosiX asks you to confirm: real upload becomes available, and the shared demo scans stop appearing. Click Turn off demo mode.
Next, PrognosiX opens the HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. A signed agreement is required before real uploads, so read through the terms. Check your practice legal name, as it should appear on the agreement, and your full legal name. Both are filled in for you. Check both boxes. The first says you agree to the terms. The second is your consent to sign electronically, where typing your name is your legal signature. Then click Sign agreement.
You'll see Agreement signed. You're back on the Dashboard. The demo banner is gone, and Upload a scan is ready for your first CBCT scan. If you ever want to see the sample scans again, you can turn demo mode back on at any time from your user menu, under Viewer mode. Your signed agreement is in the same menu, under Agreements. Click View to see who signed it, and download a signed PDF.
That's how to go live in PrognosiX. If you have questions, click the chat bubble in the bottom corner, then Send us a message. Our support team is happy to help. Thanks for watching Prahsys Tutorials.
Quick Steps
Turn off demo mode
In the Demo mode is on banner at the top of the page, click Turn off demo mode.
In the Turn off demo mode? dialog, click Turn off demo mode to confirm, or Keep demo mode to stay in demo mode. Real upload becomes available, a Business Associate Agreement must be signed first if one is not already on file, and shared demo scans stop appearing in your practice's scan list.
Sign the BAA
If your practice hasn't signed the agreement yet, PrognosiX opens the HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Read through the terms in the scrolling box.
Check Practice legal name (the Covered Entity's full legal name, as it should appear on the agreement) and Full legal name. Both are filled in for you, and you can change them.
Check both boxes: I have read and agree to the terms of this HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. and I consent to sign this agreement electronically under the ESIGN Act and UETA, and I understand that typing my name constitutes my legal signature.
Click Sign agreement. You'll see Agreement signed and return to the Dashboard.
Upload your own scans
Once the agreement is signed, the demo banner is gone and AI Enhancement shows Upload a scan: drag and drop a DICOM .zip, or click to browse.
The .zip must contain the full DICOM image series (the .dcm slices) exported from your CBCT scanner, not a screenshot, PDF or report. Click How to upload for help.
Important: PrognosiX AI is an assistive, second-reader tool. It does not diagnose, and it is not a substitute for your own reading of the scan. During the current study period the device is investigational and for evaluation on de-identified data only. It is not FDA cleared and is not for diagnostic use or patient care. See the User Manual in your user menu for the full safety information.
Switch back to demo mode
To see the sample scans again, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Demo under Viewer mode. You can switch back to Live the same way, at any time. Your signed agreement stays on file.
Find your signed agreement
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Agreements.
Next to HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, click View to see who signed it, on behalf of which practice, and when.
Click Download signed PDF for a copy.
