Welcome to Prahsys Tutorials. Welcome to PrognosiX! In this quick tour, you'll see what demo mode is, run AI Enhancement on a sample scan, and explore the results. Your practice starts out in demo mode, so you can try PrognosiX right away. This banner means you're working with shared sample scans, not your own patients.
Under AI Enhancement, choose a sample scan. You'll see each step PrognosiX AI takes with a real scan: it checks image quality, removes patient identifiers, and segments the pulp tissue. When it's ready, click View enhanced scan.
Here's the result. PrognosiX AI is an assistive, second-reader tool. It marks the pulp tissue in red, in the axial, sagittal, and coronal views, and on the 3D volume. The Pulp slider fades the overlay, so you can check the image underneath.
Back on the Dashboard, your sample scans are also under Recent Scans. And the sidebar has everything else: Patients, Referrals, Reports, Downloads, and Team. You can switch between Demo and Live at any time from your user menu, under Viewer mode. When you're ready to work with your own scans, click Turn off demo mode. A signed Business Associate Agreement is required before real uploads, and we'll walk through that in the next video.
That's demo mode in PrognosiX. If you have questions, click the chat bubble in the bottom corner, then Send us a message. Our support team is happy to help. Thanks for watching Prahsys Tutorials.
Quick Steps
What demo mode is
Your practice starts out in demo mode. The Demo mode is on banner at the top of every page means you're viewing shared sample images, not your practice's patients.
Your sample scans (Patient 1, Patient 2 and Patient 3) appear in the Scans list and under Recent Scans in the sidebar.
Run AI Enhancement
On the Dashboard, under AI Enhancement → Choose a scan, click a sample scan.
Watch each step as PrognosiX AI checks image quality, removes patient identifiers, and segments the pulp tissue.
When you see Enhancement ready, click View enhanced scan. To try another one, click Pick another scan.
Explore the results
Pulp tissue — PrognosiX AI marks the pulp tissue in red, in every view. The legend at the bottom of the left panel shows the colour.
Axial, Sagittal and Coronal — Scroll over a view to move through its slices. Use the Views buttons on the left to show or hide each view.
3D volume — Drag anywhere in the 3D view to turn the volume. Right-drag pans, and the scroll wheel zooms. The 3D / PANO buttons swap between the 3D volume and the panoramic view.
Pulp slider — Fades the AI pulp overlay from on to off in every view, so you can check the image underneath. Ctrl/Cmd+P switches it between off and on.
Important: PrognosiX AI is an assistive, second-reader tool. It does not diagnose, and it is not a substitute for your own reading of the scan. During the current study period the device is investigational and for evaluation on de-identified data only. It is not FDA cleared and is not for diagnostic use or patient care. See the User Manual in your user menu for the full safety information.
