Welcome to Prahsys Tutorials. The first time you open a scan, PrognosiX tours the menu bar while the scan loads. In this tutorial, you'll follow along: File, Referral, Patient, View, and Enhancements.
The tour starts on its own as the scan begins to load, so you can learn your way around while you wait. Click Next to move through it. Every action on a scan lives up here, in one place. Click File to begin. From there, the tour opens each menu for you.
File shows the scan's details and lets you rename it. Its downloads include the original upload, a de-identified copy, and once the AI is done, files for other DICOM viewers. Referral shares this one scan, read-only, with one email address. Everyone you've invited is listed with their status, and you can revoke access. Patient links the scan to a patient record. Check the name before you attach it, because it can't be changed later. View sets how the images are drawn: which panes show, bone or soft-tissue windowing, and the slice planes in 3D. Control or Command P turns the pulp overlay on and off. Enhancements lists each AI run with its date and status. If a result looks wrong, Report a problem flags it for our team without changing the scan. And back in File, the audit trail records who opened the scan, when, and for how long, along with any referrals, renames and deletions.
Click Done. Once your scan is ready, PrognosiX goes straight on to tour the viewer. To take this tour again, click Tutorials in the page header. Thanks for watching Prahsys Tutorials.
Quick Steps
Open a scan. The first time, the tour While your scan loads starts by itself.
Click Next, then click File in the menu bar. From there, the tour opens each menu for you. Click Next to move on.
File
Info shows the scan record, and Rename gives the scan a name in your list.
Download has the original upload, a de-identified copy, and, once the AI has finished, masks and a pulp overlay for other DICOM viewers.
Audit trail lists who opened the scan, when, their active view time, and their address. Referrals, renames and deletions are recorded too.
Referral
Refer Scan gives one email address read-only access to this scan only.
Everyone you've invited is listed with their invitation status and a Revoke button.
Patient
Attach Patient to Scan links the scan to a record. Check the name first: it can't be changed later.
Once a record is attached, its details appear here with a link to it.
View
Panels shows or hides the four views: Ctrl/Cmd+A, S and C for Axial, Sagittal and Coronal, and Ctrl/Cmd+3 for 3D.
Windowing switches the greyscale to Bone or Soft Tissue.
Slice planes controls the cut planes in the 3D view.
Ctrl/Cmd+P turns the pulp overlay on and off.
Enhancements
Each AI run is listed with its date and status.
After a run completes, Report a problem… flags a result that looks wrong for our team. It doesn't change the scan.
