Purpose
This document outlines the standard operating procedure for updating merchant information including email addresses, physical addresses, owner details, user access, and other merchant-related data.
Scope
This procedure applies to all requests for merchant information updates that require backend changes.
Procedure
Step 1: Initiate Update Request
Prahsys Support must be contacted directly to request any merchant information changes.

Step 2: Required Information
All update requests must include the following information:
Merchant ID - The unique identifier of the merchant requiring updates
Old Information - The current information that needs to be changed
New Information - The updated information to replace the old data
Step 3: Email Format
Use the following format when submitting update requests:
Subject Line: Merchant Information Update - [Merchant ID]
Email Body:
Merchant ID: [Insert Merchant ID]
Update Type: [Email/Address/Owner/Users/Other]
Current Information:
[List the old/current information]
New Information:
[List the new/updated information]
AdditionalNotes:[Any relevant context or special instructions]
Step 4: Confirmation
After submitting the request, Prahsys Support will:
Acknowledge receipt of the update request
Process the changes on the backend
Confirm completion of the updates

Important Notes
Always double-check the Merchant ID before submitting
Ensure both old and new information are clearly distinguished
Include any supporting documentation if required
For urgent updates, include "URGENT" in the subject line
