Steps:
Navigate to patient list
Choose which patient would like to make a payment
Select "View Ledger" under "More Patient Info" from the left navigation bar
Click the green "New Patient Payment/Adjustment" button
Choose payment code
Enter payment amount
Click "Process Card"
Tap, Insert, or Swipe on the Terminal

Hello, and welcome to the Prahsys process tutorial on how to make a payment from DentiMax Flow. You'll start in your home page, where you will select the patient list.
Choose the patient that would like to make a payment. Here you will view the patient ledger, under more patient info.
To the right, you will see a green new patient payment or adjustment button. We can select our payment code. For this case, we will use credit card payment.
Be sure to select the proper adjustment code and enter the payment amount. When you're ready, you can choose how to process the card.
Today, we'll use the Choose Card Reader option. You will be able to select which card reader is attached to your office.
Once selected, the card reader will ask for a payment. You can use tap, insert, or swipe on the reader itself.
