How to Get Support from Prahsys

Learn all the ways to get help with Prahsys — the Support Center knowledge base, built-in AI chat, live US-based agents, and direct phone support.

In the left navigation bar under Support you have three links. Support Center takes you directly to help.prahsys.com — that's our full knowledge base with articles and videos like this one, organized by topic. If you have a question about how something works, this is a great place to start. Feature Request lets you submit ideas for features you'd like to see added to the platform. Report A Bug is for submitting any issues you run into.

You'll also notice the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the dashboard. It's always there on every page. Clicking it opens our support chat — it keeps your full message history and is available 24/7. When you start a new chat, you'll see four quick-select options: I have a question, I found a bug, I want to ask for a new feature, and Talk to a person. If you choose I have a question, you'll be connected with Prahsys AI — our AI support agent trained specifically on our knowledge base. It can answer questions, walk you through processes, and link you directly to relevant articles. At any point, you can ask to speak with a person and you'll be connected with one of our live, US-based agents. You can also reach us directly by phone at 833-222-6834. That number goes straight to our US-based support team.

Click Support Center in the left navigation to open the Prahsys knowledge base. Articles and videos are organized by topic. Start here for any how-to questions.

In-Dashboard Chat

The chat icon sits in the bottom right corner of every page in the dashboard. It keeps your full message history and is available 24/7. When starting a new conversation, choose from four options:

  • I have a question — Connects you with Prahsys AI, trained on our full knowledge base. It can answer questions, walk you through steps, and link directly to relevant articles.

  • I found a bug — Report a technical issue

  • I want to ask for a new feature — Submit a product idea

  • Talk to a person — Connects you directly with a live, US-based support agent

Quick Tip: You can ask Prahsys AI to connect you with a person at any point in the conversation — you don't have to start a new chat.
