How to Send and Print Receipts in Prahsys Merchant Dashboard

Learn how to email, download, and print payment receipts from the Prahsys Merchant Dashboard, including how customer emails are auto-filled.

Now let's look at receipt options. In the top right of the payment details page, you have three buttons: Print Receipt, Send Receipt, and Refund. The three-dot menu gives you Download PDF — a direct download of the receipt to your device. Send Receipt opens a window. Because we linked a customer with an email, that email is already pre-filled. Just click Send and the receipt goes directly to the customer's inbox. Print Receipt opens a new browser tab with a print-ready receipt, same as the report. It opens in your browser so you can print directly or save as a PDF.


Quick Steps

  1. Open the Payment Details page for the payment

  2. To email a receipt: click Send Receipt → confirm or update the email address → click Send

  3. To download a PDF: click the three-dot menuDownload PDF

  4. To print: click Print Receipt → a formatted receipt opens in a new browser tab → use your browser's print function


Receipt Options

  • Send Receipt — Emails the receipt to the customer. If a customer email is already linked to the payment, it pre-fills automatically. You can edit the address before sending.

  • Download PDF — Available in the three-dot menu. Downloads the receipt as a PDF directly to your device.

  • Print Receipt — Opens a formatted, print-ready receipt in a new browser tab. Use your browser's print dialog to print or save as PDF.

Quick Tip: Adding a customer email before processing the payment pre-fills the receipt address automatically, saving a step here.
