Prahsys provides seamless account management tools and dedicated support to ensure merchants can efficiently handle their payment processing needs. This guide outlines essential account management processes, security measures, and support options available to merchants.


Updating Business Information & Bank Account Details

Merchants can update their business name, address, or contact details directly through the Prahsys Merchant Dashboard under “Account Settings.” Bank account changes may require verification, which typically takes 1-2 business days to complete.

Password Reset & Account Security

If access to an account is lost, a password reset can be initiated by selecting “Forgot Password” on the login page. An email with reset instructions will be sent to the registered address. If the email does not arrive, checking the spam folder or contacting Prahsys Support is recommended.

User Management & Access Control

Prahsys allows merchants to manage team access through “User Management” in the dashboard.

  • Adding Users: Click “Add User” and assign specific roles and permissions.

  • Removing Users: Select the user profile and click “Remove Access” to revoke account access.

Account Suspension & Closure

Merchants who need to temporarily suspend their account can contact Prahsys Support. No fees apply during the suspension period.

For account closure, any pending transactions will still be processed. Transaction history remains accessible for 90 days after closure. Merchants who wish to reactivate their account can contact support at any time.


Transaction History & Reporting

Merchants can view detailed transaction history, including payments, refunds, and chargebacks, in the “Transactions” section of the Prahsys dashboard.

  • Exporting Transaction Data: Reports can be downloaded in CSV or PDF format under “Reports” for bookkeeping and reconciliation.

  • Generating Account Statements: Monthly and annual statements for tax or bookkeeping purposes are available in the “Billing & Reports” section.


Unauthorized Account Activity & Security Measures

If unauthorized activity is detected:

  1. Change the account password immediately.

  2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

  3. Review recent transactions for suspicious charges.

  4. Contact Prahsys Support for investigation and security measures.


Updating Tax Information

Tax details, including W-9 forms, EINs, and SSNs, can be updated under “Tax & Compliance” in the Prahsys dashboard. Verification of changes typically takes 1-2 business days.


No Account Maintenance Fees

Prahsys does not charge any monthly or hidden fees for maintaining an account, ensuring transparency and cost-efficiency for merchants.
