Understanding Dashboard Summary Cards in Prahsys Merchant Dashboard

Learn what each of the six summary cards on the Prahsys Dashboard represents and how to read your revenue breakdown and transaction details at a glance.

Across the top, you have six summary cards. Total Revenue, Card, Cash, Check, Refunds, Declined. These cards give you a fast read on your revenue mix at a glance. And if we scroll down, each of these categories has a full detail list below. You've got Card Payments, Cash Payments, Check Payments, Refund Payments, and Decline Payments. Each showing amount, description, status, source, and date. You can page through these lists right from the dashboard.


The Six Summary Cards

The cards across the top of the dashboard show your payment activity for the selected time period.

  • Total Revenue — The combined total of all captured payments for the period

  • Card — Total captured card payments, including terminal and manual card entry

  • Cash — Total cash payments logged in the dashboard

  • Check — Total check payments logged in the dashboard

  • Refunds — Total amount refunded, including partial and full refunds

  • Declined — Number of failed payment attempts for the period

Detail Lists

Below the summary cards, each category has a full scrollable list. Each row shows:

  • Amount — The transaction amount

  • Description — The description entered when the payment was created

  • Status — Current status (Captured, Refunded, Partially Refunded, Declined)

  • Source — How the payment was collected (Terminal, Manual Card Entry, Cash, Check)

  • Date — When the transaction was last updated

You can page through these lists directly from the dashboard without navigating away to the Payments tab.
