Now let's look at the Team tab. At the top, you have two contact cards — your primary contact, the main point of contact for this merchant account, and your channel partner contact, the primary contact for your Prahsys partner. These are set during onboarding. Below that is your members list. Every team member who has been added to the account appears here, along with their role, when they were added, and when they last logged in. We strongly recommend adding a separate user account for every individual who accesses the dashboard. This gives you full audit capabilities — you can see exactly who processed what, and when.
Adding a new team member is simple. Click Invite New User, enter their email address, and click Invite User. They'll receive an email invitation to join your organization. Once they accept and set up their account, they'll appear in the members list. The Pending Invites tab shows anyone who has been invited but hasn't accepted yet. From here you can revoke an invitation if it was sent to the wrong address, or resend it if needed. The three-dot menu next to any member gives you two options — Manage and Remove. Manage opens the user profile where you can update their first and last name.
Quick Steps — Invite a New User
Click Team in the left navigation
Click Invite New User
Enter the team member's email address and click Invite User
They'll receive an email invitation — once accepted, they appear in the Members list

Shows every user added to your account with their role, date added, and last login. Use this to confirm who has access and when they last used the dashboard.
Pending Invites tab
Shows invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted. From here you can:
Revoke — Cancels the invitation if sent to the wrong address
Resend — Sends the invitation email again
Three-dot menu (per member)
Manage — Opens the user profile to update first and last name
Remove — Removes the user's access to the dashboard
Important Note: We strongly recommend creating a separate user account for every individual who accesses the dashboard. This ensures a complete audit trail of who processed which payments and when.
