Prahsys offers a transparent pricing model with a fixed transaction fee of

2.9% + $0.49 per transaction. There are no hidden charges, and any additional fees—such as chargeback fees or expedited payout fees—are clearly disclosed upfront.

Monthly Fees and Setup Costs

Prahsys does not charge any setup fees for creating a merchant account. There are also no monthly fees for basic payment processing. However, some value-added services, including recurring billing, patient financing, and advanced reporting, may require a separate subscription.

PCI Compliance and Security Costs

PCI compliance is fully covered by Prahsys at no additional cost, ensuring that merchants remain compliant without extra fees.

Refund and Chargeback Fees

Refunds are processed without additional fees; however, the original transaction processing fee is non-refundable. In the case of chargebacks, a $25 fee applies per dispute. If the dispute is won, the fee may be refunded.

Payout Fees and Expedited Funding

Standard next-day funding is included at no additional cost for eligible merchants. For same-day payouts, a 1% expedited funding fee may apply.

International Transactions and Digital Wallets

International transactions using non-U.S. issued cards incur a 1% cross-border fee. Payments made via digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed without any extra costs.

Custom Pricing for High-Volume Businesses

Merchants processing high transaction volumes may qualify for a custom pricing plan. Interested businesses can contact Prahsys sales to discuss tailored pricing options.

Early Termination and Surcharging

Prahsys does not impose early termination fees, allowing merchants to discontinue service at any time without penalties. Merchants can also enable surcharging where legally permitted, passing credit card processing fees to patients when applicable.
